We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.

Conditioning is the hottest topic of the day, and is an exercise to prepare the body.
We will take out the body's habits, put it back into the correct position, and then
train it so that it will not be distorted.
The exercises are not too strenuous or strenuous, so
