I give lessons twice a month at the Minamisou Bunka Hall ( practice room ).

Conditioning is the hottest topic in physical conditioning exercise.
After taking out the body's habits and putting it back into the correct position,
we train the body to avoid distortions.

The exercises are not too strenuous or strenuous.

Yoga mat, bath 1 towel, 1 face towel, drink
* If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring 2 bath towels.
* Indoor shoes are not required. Lessons are taught barefoot.
