We have lessons twice a month at the Minamisou Bunka Hall ( practice room ).

Conditioning is the hottest topic in physical conditioning exercise.
We take the body out of its habits, put it back into the correct position, and then

* Please bring 2 bath towels if you do not have a yoga mat.
* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
