Conditioning is an exercise to prepare the body.
We take the body out of its habits, put it back into the correct position, and then
train it to avoid distortion.
You will be amazed at how your body changes !
It is not a strenuous or strenuous workout !

* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
