I give lessons twice a month in the practice room of Nanso Bunka Hall in Tateyama.

The "conditioning" we are introducing is a physical conditioning exercise.
We take the body's habits and put it back into the correct position, then
we train it so that it is not distorted.
After the lesson, you will be surprised how much easier your body can move !
Since the exercises are not too strenuous or strenuous,
you may not feel like exercising ・ ・ ・

In the second half, we will re-educate your under-used muscles ! and do some weight training !
