Conditioning is an exercise to prepare the body.
We take the body's habits, put it back into the correct position, and then
train it so that it is not distorted.
You will be amazed at how your body changes !
It is not a strenuous or strenuous workout !

A yoga mat, a bath towel, a face towel, and a drink 1 yoga mat, 1 face towel, drink
* If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring 2 bath towels.
* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
