The orchestra aims to create a music culture rooted in the community, rich in spirit, and a rich hometown. In principle, this orchestra consists of elementary, junior high, and high school students who live in Futtsu, Kimitsu, Kisarazu, Kisarazu, Sodegaura, Chiba City, Ichihara City, Kamogawa City, and other nearby cities ､, who have experience playing musical instruments, beginners, and those who agree with its purpose.
