A tsunami warning has been issued for Minami-Boso City.
An "Evacuation Order" is issued for the entire city.
The city has opened the following facilities as evacuation centers.

Tomiura District Tomiura Children's Garden
Tomiura Gymnasium
Toyama District Toyama Gakuen
Miyoshi District Miyoshi Rural Environment Improvement Center
Shirahama District Shirahama Elementary School
Chigura District Chigura Sports Park
Maruyama District Maruyama Community Center
Wada District Gymnasium

Toyama Regional Center, Shirahama Regional Center, and Wada Regional Center are closed due to the tsunami warning.
