After School Daycare Service Kokorirumu opened in April 2025 in Agatsuma, Kisarazu-shi, Kisarazu. We provide a safe place for children with medical care or severe mental or physical disabilities and their families. With at least two nurses on staff and a child care ・ physical therapist, we are able to provide support while utilizing the specialized perspectives of each. With a capacity of 5 children, we provide support according to the individual support plan created for each child on a near one-on-one basis. We can also provide transportation to and from school and home （ *Consultation available ） .

重心型児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービス ここりうむは、2025年4月木更津市吾妻にオープンしました。医療的ケア児や重症心身障がい児とそのご家族さまにとっての安心できる居場所をご提供。看護師が2名以上在籍し、保育士・理学療法士も配置しているため、それぞれの専門的な視点を活かしながらサポートさせていただきます。
定員5名のマンツーマンに近い状態で、お子さま一人ひとりに合わせて作成した個別支援計画に沿った支援を行います。また、学校やご自宅への送迎にも対応しております（※ご相談に応じます）。
