This project is a DIY renovation of a vacant store located at the top of Mt. Through this exchange base, the project aims to promote immigration, create a related population, and promote the utilization of vacant houses by allowing people to experience activities and workshops that are similar to the lifestyle "only available in Seiwa today".

*This project will be implemented as a "citizen-led community development project" subsidized by Kimitsu City for efforts by citizen groups to contribute to regional revitalization and distinctive community development.
